This is the second time we’ve hired Effektstäd, and both times Eric and his team were not only professional and effective in their work, but also friendly and cordial, making it easy to invite them into your home and knowing you are in good hands. Both times, they thoroughly cleaned all the windows of the apartment and did a deep clean of the bathroom. The second time, we also asked them to clean our oven, and now it looks as good as new. The communication with Eric is excellent, as he always makes sure to fully understand your needs and expectations for the cleaning. We will certainly be in touch with Effekstäd again.

I hired Effektstäd for moving cleaning – beyond happy with the service and effectiveness. During inspection of the apartment they praised the cleanliness; and the inspection was passed without any comments. Will hire this company again for regular deep clean in my current home.

Our History

Founded in 1982 by Ronny Davidsson, Effektstäd has always aimed to deliver high-quality results and maintain satisfied customers.

The name “Effektstäd” was coined by Ronny’s mother, perfectly capturing the type of service he wanted to offer. For much of its existence, Effektstäd operated as a small family business, focusing on a loyal customer base. Ronny’s son, Eric, later joined the company, and together they handled most tasks for many years.

Initially, our clientele consisted mainly of businesses and housing associations. However, since 2020, we have expanded to include more home cleaning services, thanks to team members with specialized expertise. In 2023, we transitioned to becoming a limited liability company, also known as a Swedish Aktiebolag.
